TEXO supplies specialised construction products to a diverse group of customers, ranging from bricklayers and builders to concrete premix manufacturers and mining houses. The work consisted of face to face interviews and metrics development to measure the market perception of our business. Specifically, we were interested in understanding the perception of our performance when compared with that of our competitors. Following several debriefs to the leadership team and significant discussions with the operational management team, the results of the project were then used to construct a road map for change.
